What does ground transportation and parking look like?
Ground transportation will be provided on Tuesday, March 3 and Friday, March 6. Shuttles run about every 30 minutes, and transportation staff will update you onsite.
Please note: Choosing to use transportation outside of what is provided will be at your own expense.
Arrivals: Tuesday March 3rd | 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Proceed to baggage claim, even if you do not have luggage. All ground transportation meets guests at baggage claim.

- Plan ahead: Allow at least 30 minutes for the drive to the airport, plus extra time for check-in, security, and boarding.

Hotel parking is complimentary.
Rental Cars
Rental cars are not needed for this trip. DO NOT RENT A CAR. The company will not reimburse rental car expenses.

Thursday Night Awards Show
Formal attire required. This year’s theme is Fire and Ice, inspired by our Ascend mountain journey. More details to come, but the official color scheme is White, Blue, Red, and Orange.
What should I pack for the summit?
Comfortable shoes for walking between sessions
Athletic wear for outdoor or group activities
Light jacket or layers
Swim attire (The pool will be open for use)
Reusable water bottle
Chargers for your devices
Snacks for your room if you like having something specific on hand
Auction payment method (credit card) for the silent auction. We will also have a payroll deduction for Pennant Employees (those in our Workday system).

What are the event engagement expectations?
To create a meaningful, distraction free leadership experience:
Please keep laptops closed during Ascend programming.
Minimize work during sessions.
A significant investment goes into planning this experience. If you know in advance that you will need to work through a major portion of the summit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your seat to someone on the pending list.
What is the hotel room policy?
For large events, Pennant’s policy is shared rooms.
You will select your preferred roommate on the RSVP form.
If you request a single room, you agree to pay 50 percent of the total room cost.
Your cost for this event:
$116 per night x 3 nights = $348 total
This includes taxes and fees and will be deducted via payroll after the event.

When is the airfare booking deadline and how do I code the expense?
Please book your flights by January 9 if you plan to attend. All airfare related to the Annual Leadership Summit should be coded to: (765) Annual Leadership Meeting
What are the official hotel dates?
Our contracted hotel dates are:
Check-in: Tuesday, March 3 – 4 P.M.
Check-out: Friday, March 6 – 11 A.M.
Rooms outside of these dates are your responsibility and cannot be coded to the Annual Leadership Meeting expense.
To add additional nights please email acenturion@westinlakelasvegas.com directly. Please note that all guests will be required to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals. The hotel will place a $150 hold on the card, which will be released upon checkout.
